Englischtest für Piloten

It‘s now soweit. I have to proof, that I speak enough English to fly a flugzüüg. The Bundesamt and the Europäische government means, that it was unsafe, that I flew the last 17 years to the Staaten and all the other English speaking destinations without passing the language test. Holy cow, they have not all cups in the locker!

I mean my English is not the best – I know – but when I listen to some members of the Bundesrat, I‘m quite zfridä with my oral knowledge – yep! Also the Swiss parliament have a funny approach to the language of Shakespeare. No native English speaking politician would name the capital of a country «Wankdorf». That is first of all politically incorrect and secondly a bit strange (maybe also a bit true…).

But anyway, I can‘t do anything. I have to pass this test – *gopferdammisiech*! It doesn‘t matter how I fly, it matters how I speak. We‘re coming closer and closer to the banking business. Schnurre is more important than liferä. So lets start to practice.

I go now out of my Zimmer and have some fun with locals and expats here in Hongkong. Maybe a learn some new words, maybe I drink my beer alone. Let‘s hope for the best. Push me the thumb!
